Section 3: results and exams
Please include the following: title of the qualification; subjects taken; final grades achieved and year completed. In addition to this application form, you will need to provide an official academic transcript of your university results to date. When you submit this form, you will receive an automated email from us with further instructions.
Section 4 - reference
Please give details of your director of studies/ personal tutor or equivalent who has been asked for a reference. Please note that this reference must be requested by the applicant. An emailed reference must be sent directly to medug@ed.ac.uk from the referee’s official university email account. The reference must be signed and on headed paper and must include confirmation that you do not currently have any outstanding/unresolved Fitness to Practise case at your home institution. We may not consider your application further if this reference with all necessary information included is not received by the application deadline of Monday 3 February 2025.

Your personal statement is your opportunity to tell us about your suitability for, and commitment to, the degree programme you are applying for. Please read the application guidance for further information. Word limit: 4000 characters (approximately 500 words)
