Image We were over the moon to learn that our application for accreditation, from the Federation for Informatics Professionals in Health and Social Care (FEDIP), was approved. Those students undertaking the 10 credit course entitled ‘Health data Science’ will have the FEDIP logo and the following text added onto their certificate of completion: “This course is accredited by the Federation for Informatics Professionals in Health and Social Care (FEDIP). FEDIP accreditation highlights educational providers who are furthering the development of the health and care informatics profession. The Federation is comprised of the leading professional bodies in health and care informatics and accredits this course as part of our recommended learning for health and care informatics professionals in this field.” FEDIP is just one accreditation body we are collaborating with to support the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of our learners. Health and care professionals undertaking courses, as part of the Talent offering of the Data Driven Innovation (DDI) can also gain credit from Royal Colleges and record professional progress through the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
