The School of Neurological and Cardiovascular Sciences serves as the central hub for all related research and teaching activities in these disciplines.
The new school was established on 1 August 2025. We are one of six schools in the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh.
The institute studies neuroscience, cardiovascular, metabolic and psychiatric research, tackling some of the most significant health challenges we face in the world today.
