Athena Swan Ambassadors

We have Athena Swan Ambassadors at all three main locations (Bioquarter, Central and Western General campuses) covered by our two Deaneries.

Our AS Ambassadors are:

- people who can highlight AS activities within each Deanery/Centre

- people who can become a point-of-contact for any gender-related issues within each Deanery/Centre

- people who can become a point-of-contact between AS and Deanery/Head of Centre staff

- people who may wish to join one of the AS sub-committees; become part of the AS ECMS Steering Committee or the AS SAT (Self Assessment Team).

If you have a question or an issue about equality at your University of Edinburgh place of work, you are welcome to contact any member on either of the two self-assessment subcommittees; (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI-AS) or Career Satisfaction and Progression (CSP) and they will either direct you to the information you require or refer your question to the most appropriate person on the steering group.
