• To register for our CEP workshops:
  • 2025 Workshops - we will be moving away from TuBS and you can registier via Course Timetables
• What happens next? Around three weeks before your CEP workshop, you will receive an email sent to your registered email address. 
  • The email will come from the address edinburgh@eu.delivery.eduframe.nl
  • This email contains a link and password for accessing our online platform. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder for an email from “Eduframe”.  

If you haven’t received your email three weeks before the workshop:

• Check your spam/junk folder and search for “Eduframe”.
• Do a search for this email address edinburgh@eu.delivery.eduframe.nl
• Confirm that you’re checking the email address associated with your registered account.
• Still missing the email? Contact us at CEP@ed.ac.uk​​​​​​

• Two weeks before the workshop, you will receive an announcement through the Canvas online platform. This message will contain essential workshop information, including:
• Workshop format: In-person or online
• Date and time
• Details on mandatory online course modules that must be completed before attending the live workshop
• Please check the email linked to your registered account regularly. If you can no longer attend the workshop, remember to cancel your place CEP@ed.ac.uk .

Prior to the this [Name of your workshop will appear here] course will include a series of online preparatory modules followed by a workshop. Each module comprises a range of resources and self-directed tasks designed to promote reflection on, and exploration of, the topic.

Please note you are required to complete online modules on Canvas BEFORE your live session. You will not receive your certificate of attendance until you complete the online modules.

• Two working days before the workshop, you’ll receive another announcement via Canvas with final details. If your workshop is online, this announcement will include the Zoom link. As always, ensure that you are checking the email associated with your TuBS account.

  If you cannot attend, please cancel your place on cep@ed.ac.uk as soon as possible to allow others to register.

• Access to Canvas will be granted within two working days after your registration.
• You may miss the initial announcement sent two weeks before the workshop.
• You will still receive the follow-up announcement with the link to the online session.
• It's recommended to complete the Canvas modules as early as possible before the workshop.
• Please allow yourself enough time to complete the modules.

• If you’ve previously attended a workshop, you’ll continue using the same Canvas login. Bookmark the Canvas URL for easy access. You will still receive the standard announcements two weeks and two days before your upcoming workshop.

• Visit the login page: Go to this link.
• Select "Forgot password?": On the login page, click on the "Forgot password?" link.
• Follow the instructions: Enter your email address or username as prompted and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Your email address should be the one you used to enrol on the course.

To access Zoom through Canvas, follow these steps:

• Visit the login page: Go to this link. Log in using your credentials.
• Select Your Course: Once you're logged in, navigate to the course for which you are planning to attend the workshop. You'll see a list of your courses on the dashboard.
• Find the Zoom Option: In the course navigation menu on the left side, look for the option labeled "Zoom." Click on it.
• Access the Zoom Meeting: After selecting "Zoom," you should see the link to your meeting.
• Join the Meeting: Click "Join" next to the meeting, and it should open the Zoom app or your web browser. If it requests the passcode, please refer to the latest announcement on the "Announcements" page of your course (navigation menu on the left side).
