Professors Richard Chin and Nathalie Rochefort discuss their careers working in neuroscience, brain development and neural networks.

Professor Richard Chin is Personal Chair Paediatric Neurology & Clinical Epidemiology. Richard shares his personal, clinical and scientific journey to impove the identification and diagnosis of seizures, to address learning and behavioural problems in epilepsy, and to find and implement novel treatments.

Professor Nathalie Rochefort is Personal Chair of Visual Neuroscience. Nathalie's lecture explores her work as a neuroscientist specialising in visual perception. Her research has driven the development of innovative imaging technologies that allow us to visualise active neurons in the brain. Using these tools, she has explored how neurons in the brain interpret the visual information received from our eyes.

Recorded Wednesday 18 September,  Chancellor's Building.
