Health and wellbeing

Resources and services to help support our staff.

There are many programmes promoting wellbeing across the College. There are cycling and walking groups, opportunities to get involved in gardening, and there are even allotments and beekeeping programmes you can join.

Most campuses also have fitness groups, personal trainers, and even organised health walks.  Contact your local research staff champion for further information.
