Let's talk about health: Losing our minds - Can we stop our brains from ageing?

As people get older, they often find their mental abilities (like memory, reasoning, and learning new skills) aren’t as good as they once were. Sometimes this ‘cognitive decline' affects what they're able to do day-to-day, due to illnesses like Alzheimer’s Disease or other causes of dementia. Join us to learn about our recent research on the causes of cognitive ageing, its effects on people’s lives, and whether there’s anything that can be done to help people’s brains stay sharp in old age.
