Agata, who graduated from Edinburgh Medical School, is currently a general practitioner (GP) and plays a significant role in the MBChB programme. As the deputy year director for Year 4, she is instrumental in supporting GP instruction within the undergraduate curriculum. 

She earned a PhD in medical education, focusing on psychological safety, an area that continues to shape her insights in both academia and clinical practice. 

Leveraging her clinical background and research knowledge, Agata shines in her medical education positions, persistently advocating for students and aiming to improve their learning experience.

A proactive and innovative leader, she has launched several initiatives in response to student feedback, such as a voluntary Year 4 OSCE that drew participation from more than 200 students.
