Aditi is a notable alumna of Edinburgh Medical School, recognised for her dedicated efforts to foster inclusivity and advocacy in medical education. Originating from Mumbai, India, where she now resides, Aditi made significant strides in shaping a more inclusive environment during her time at the University. 

As the undergraduate representative, she advocated for over 1,000 students, ensuring that the voices of international and under-represented students were central to the development of student support and feedback systems. Her involvement in the Senatus Academicus was pivotal in the Curriculum Transformation Programme which aimed to embed inclusive teaching practices.
 

Aditi also led the Edinburgh Women in STEM society, where she established a mentorship network that connected 750 students across various disciplines, promoting a sense of community, confidence, and collaboration. Her leadership received accolades including the Gender.Ed Feminist Trailblazer Award and STEMinist of the Year by Equate Scotland.
 

After graduating with a BSc Honours in Pharmacology in 2024, Aditi joined Sun Pharma within the Medical Affairs and Clinical Research Department, focusing on real-world evidence. Her career continues to reflect her deep commitment to equity in healthcare and education, influencing change both during her studies and in her professional endeavours.
