Reshma Rajagopal

Reshma is a general practitioner and is a former clinical teacher at Edinburgh Medical School.

 Reshma combined her clinical GP work alongside teaching on the MBChB programme, where she found her own experiences of being a student useful to reflect on the challenges her students might  have been facing. Teaching first year medical students as they embarked on their journey in medicine was a particularly rewarding part of her job. 

Her students recognised her for her significant contributions to helping and supporting them in year one, instilling self-confidence and belief in themselves as they prepared for exams and onwards into clinical years.
